Ceremony of the ArcelorMittal Indaver Thesis Award 2016

On the official proclamation on 24 September 2016, the Arcelor Mittal Indaver thesis award “Environmental Science and Technology” has been awarded to outstanding Master students who wrote a thesis on an environmental topic. This award is an example of the close cooperation between business and the faculty of Bioscience Engineering and was this year presented for the twenty-second time. The thesis award is sponsored by ArcelorMittal and Indaver.

15 PhD positions in the EU Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Project NEW-MINE (EU Training Network for Resource Recovery Through Enhanced Landfill Mining)

Applications are invited for 15 PhD positions (“Early Stage Researchers”) to be funded by the Marie-Sklodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network “NEW-MINE – EU Training Network for Resource Recovery Through Enhanced Landfill Mining” within the Horizon 2020 Programme of the European Commission. NEW-MINE is a consortium of high profile universities, research institutions and companies located in Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy and UK.
