The Department of Natural Resource Sciences of McGill University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Environmental Soil Chemistry. The successful candidate will conduct research with a focus on the chemistry of degraded soils, particularly as it applies to urban and peri-urban agricultural and contaminated sites.
On December 18, the winners of the awards for exceptional contribution with respect to teaching (Minerva), research (Prometheus) and scientific and societal services (Hermes) were celebrated in the aula of Ghent University. We are proud to announce that CES&T has received 2 awards. This year all nominees were honoured.
In the Hermes category, Veerle Lambert and Sylvie Bauwens were honoured, whereas in the Prometheus category Prof. Nico Boon was rewarded.
